We are building a set of new AI products that will enable our trading teams to excel in the market. We are looking for AI Engineers to assist in this work. The ideal candidate will have a blend of experimental and engineering skills focusing on end-to-end solutions in a consultant-like capacity.  The candidate will be able to move quickly to explore and deploy new solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and translate business problems into working solutions.
• Engage directly with portfolio managers to address their development needs.
• Partner with portfolio managers to solve investment related problems using AI driven techniques.
• Build, test and deploy these AI products to solve specific problems.  In addition, solutions should be generalizable to enhance the AI team’s solution set.

Qualifications:

• BA + 7 years, Ms + 3 years, Phd
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of the financial markets, particularly in Equities, including experience with market data.
• Experience with Python, using LLMs and related NLP techniques.
• Experience with end-to-end solutions, from problem statement to deployment.
• Experience with model development and deployment.
