AI Engineer

We are building a set of new AI products that will enable our trading teams to excel in the market.

We are looking for AI engineers to assist in this work. The ideal candidate will have a blend of experimental and engineering skills, focusing on backend development and large-language-models. The candidate will be able to move quickly to explore and deploy new solutions to demanding clients. Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design new AI driven products.
• Explore possible designs for new products and prototype potential solutions.
• Run experiments to understand viability of various product trade-offs.
• Test and deploy these products to our internal customers.

Qualifications:

• BA + 7 years, Ms + 3 years, Phd
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Can work independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent self-management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with LLMs and other NLP techniques.
• Experience with Cloud: AWS and/or GCP
