This is a role for a Dallas-based investment firm, for an IT Support Engineer to work on their Infrastructure Engineering team. You will provide technical support for internal users and investment professionals, and work in a broad range of technical domains such as desktop, connectivity, networking, A/V, and hardware/peripheral services.

Requirements

• Diverse IT support background, with experience in areas such as desktop support, infrastructure, network and connectivity, A/V and conferencing technologies, and hardware/workstation set-up
• Background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Experience supporting laptops, MDM and MFA solutions, as well as Windows machines and Microsoft Office
• Prior work with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Microsoft Exchange
• Troubleshooting experience with VDI or Citrix
• Ability to work alongside and closely with investment-side users
• Prior experience working in trading environments is a plus
