Role

Experienced support engineer/quantitative developer who will have the opportunity to build and lead a L2/L3 support team for quantitative trading systems, real time analytics, and research infrastructure. This role will require close collaboration with multiple teams, including multiple Portfolio Manager (PM) teams, Central Research Technology, and Execution Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a global support team providing around-the-clock coverage
• Advanced troubleshooting/resolution of quantitative trading systems and other live analytics processes
• System monitoring, including development of better processes and tools
• Configuration and change management
• Onboarding assistance 

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional support and/or software engineering experience
• Management experience, including managing a global team
• Experience with trading systems support, including co-located low-latency systems
• Fluency with C++, Python and SQL
• Experience with software delivery lifecycle and production deployment
• Experience with automated reporting, monitoring and visualization tools
• Familiarity with containerization and container platforms
• Cloud experience is a strong plus
• Team player and strong communicator
