This is a full-time role for an investment firm in NYC, where you will act as the Chief of Staff for their infrastructure, IT, and systems projects and teams. You will lead technology projects in domains like workplace tech, service/help desk, platform, and Microsoft Office, and act as the point-of-contact for the firm's strategic technology initiatives. Backgrounds in IT project management, program management, and technology leadership are encouraged to apply.

 

Requirements

•    5+ years in IT project or program management, ideally in finance, banking, or investing areas

•    Domain knowledge and experience in technology infrastructure and systems, as a strategic lead

•    PM experience in areas like service desk, identity management, technical support, cybersecurity, DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure-as-Code

•    Additional experience in workplace technology such as hardware devices and peripherals, central management, and user device monitoring is a plus

•    Comfortable managing and advocating for technologies such as IAM, CI/CD, Jira, Excel, Zoom, and Slack
