This is a role for an investment firm in Dallas, TX. Their HCM team is looking for a Workday advocate and specialist, to own the Workday strategy and implementation, and workflow design. There will be a focus on Workday's financial applications and components, and you will work closely with engineering and business teams to design automated firm-wide solutions.

Requirements

- Specialized background as a Product Manager/Owner using Workday's suite of products, including the implementation, integration, and workflow design

- Experience in Workday automation strategy at a firm-wide scale

- Experience building custom reports in Workday

- Overall strong background in HCM and HRIS technologies, ideally with financial applications
