The candidate will serve as a member of the Client Deployment team, who’s primarily job function, is setting up and moves of desks, building and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software issues and solve technical and applications problems.
Principal Responsibilities
- Move/Add/Change equipment processes
- Install, relocate and configure PCs, phones, and printers
- RMA of equipment
- Troubleshooting system and network problems
- Handle and resolve employee complaints
- Provide employees with product and service information
- Respond to trouble tickets via service now
- Document resolutions and procedures for future reference
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Experience or training in field or related field
- Knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming
- Ability to identify and escalate priority issues
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Good team player – one who is able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Linux / Windows 7 knowledge
